The Team Of Michael Allen Harrison And Alan Berg 

Harrison Berg is the creative partnership of composer/pianist Michael Allen Harrison and writer Alan Berg, dedicated to creating original musical theatre for Portland audiences and beyond. Together, they are the creators many award winning musicals: Soul Harmony: The Story of Deborah Chiseler, Sonny Til and The Oriole and Their adaptation of It's a Wonderful Life that has become a beloved Portland holiday tradition, staged across multiple seasons and now available in a version adapted for children's and Professional theatre companies.

Barriers like poverty, racism, and historic marginalization prevent many children from receiving instrumental instruction. At Play It Forward, we overcome these challenges by providing access to instruments, instruction, and inspiring opportunities

to students in need across the Pacific Northwest.
